What size is the hole for the valve stem? I dont see the size on the product page or on the video?

The Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 13" x 4-1/2" Rim # AM20245 you were looking at has the standard .453" diameter valve stem hole.
For a valve stem I recommend the Americana High Pressure Rubber Snap-In Valve Stem # AM20904.
