Which hitch is the correct fit for the 2021 Grand Touring AWD Mazda CX-5

The Draw-Tite # 76138 will fit the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, but these models have an additional underbody trim piece that will need to be permanently removed for hitch installation. Though we have not done an install on a Grand Touring model as of yet, I did include an install video we did for you to take a look at.

Can you elaborate on what is that part that would need to be removed? There are videos for all CX-5 years but 2021. Thank you

@OliverS Unfortunately, we have not had a 2021 CX-5 in our Missouri shop for an install of the # 76138 hitch. However, all is not lost. If you check out the install on the 2020 CX-5 we installed this hitch on, you can see the panel in question. It's basically just a small panel right between your exhaust muffler and your bumper. If you jump to the 4 minute mark in the video (included below), you can see what I am talking about. It's just 2 more pop rivets and it comes right off.
