Hi I understand that the opening is 14inch x 14inch but can you tell me what the dimensions of the exterior shroud are ? the white plastic part that would be mounted to my roof deck I am trying to see if it will fit next to a solar panel I have mounted up there.

The outer flange that sticks out to mount the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed - Smoke Item # MA00-04401M is 16-1/4" x 16-1/4" so as long as you have at least 2-1/2" to 3" of space between the panel and the cutout hole you'll have no issues.

Hey Ed, yes we do have 100 foot, 1 inch wide RV vinyl trim with the part #CAM25212. This is more or less the same as standard trim and not a different material or anything. Are you having issues with yours?
