Can I use the leaf spring kit SSA41 in conjunction with the Sumosprings SSR-184-40-1? If so, will that provide more stability or is it overkill?

You will not be able to mount both the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit SSA41 and the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-184-40-1 on your 2016 Jayco Alante. Both of these items will require mounting on the leaf springs and you will not be able to use both.
I recommend using the SumoSprings # SSR-184-40-1 and # SSF-170-40-2 in conjunction with the Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bars # RM-1139-146 and # RM-1139-148. They sway bars would provide you with additional stability and the SumoSprings will also work to support the suspension and cushion the ride.
The Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM33RR will also provide you with a better steering feel.
