Question:

Hello, I have a 2005 GMC sierra 2500 HD duramax 8ft bed. I need the trailer hitch, I would like to have a class V. The oem one has two bolts like under the license plate that holds the hitch. Which one would you recommend? The set up I have right now is too weak. I pull heavy dump trailers.

If you are looking for the most heavy duty option for your 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD with an 8 foot bed, I suggest the Curt Class V Commercial Duty - 2-1/2" # C15703. This will have a 2,700 pound tongue weight and an 18,000 pound towing capacity.
