Is the Tekonsha wiring harness as good as the Curt brand?

The # 118739 Tekonsha T-One harness and # C56355 Curt T-Connector harness are both custom fit for the 2017 Volvo XC60. The installation is the same for both. The Curt has a powered converter using SMT and the Tekonsha has a powered ModuLite converter, both are designed to reduce strain on the wiring system.
I recommend the Tekonsha over the Curt. Based on feedback from our installers and customers we have found the Tekonsha harness to be the more reliable of the two.
