Will you have the adapter harness for above vech? You dont show transit in your be applications at all.

There are no trailer brake provisions on a 2016 Ford Transit. Therefore, in order to install a brake controller such as the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller part # RED24FR you'll need to hardwire. If you don't have the tow package I recommend using a kit like the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 which comes with everything you need save for the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56327. If you do have the tow package you should only need the Wiring Kit for Electric Trailer Brake Controllers part # 5506.
