No 12 v power to my 7 pin wiring connector all lights and brak controller works just fine

You most likely have a blown/missing fuse or relay. The owner's manual copy I found online doesn't include a fuse diagram, but I found a diagram elsewhere showing that the fuses in location 32 and 38 and relays G, H, M, R13 and R14 all protect/power up the towing circuits so check those.
