If you are looking to replace an entire vent assembly the most common cut out dimensions are 14-1/4" x 14-1/4". As to not disturb the roof sealant you can remove the inner garnish on the vent from inside your 2018 Forest River Sunseeker. You will be able to see the opening with the garnish trim removed. You will also want to determine the thickness of your ceiling to ensure if the new vent includes a new garnish that it is tall enough to fit your Sunseeker.

If you are trying to determine a replacement lid you will also need to identify what hinge is being used on the roof of your Sunseeker. I have included a picture with the common lid hinges. If it is an aftermarket MaxxFan or Fantastic Fan they use different hinges that are specific to their brand.
