We had to custom-cut a corner of this to fit a tricky corner in our rig, but it turned out great and has held up excellently after a year. It looks like-new and I expect it to last nicely for years to come.

As with so many reviews, I thought etrailer did a very professional transaction. I often use Amazon Prime, but every product I ordered was way cheaper than Amazon. The price differential more than paid for the economy shipping.

I needed a replacement VentLine screen frame and ceiling garnish because the garnish that was installed was the wrong leg length and in my attempt to remove it, I broke the screen frame. I contacted VentLine and they told me I could order it from them, but I would likely be able to purchase it more economically (read cheaper) from Etrailer.com. So I contacted etrailer.com, ordered the part, it came in just a two days, and fit perfectly with no modifications. It only took me about 20 minutes to complete the installation. I am very pleased with the service I received from etrailer.com
This "garnish" was exactly as described and identical to the same one sold on other sites for nearly twice the amount. Time from ordering to shipping was almost unbelievably short. The shipment tracking feature was delightful! I got to watch my part traverse the country, in real time. I arrived at my rural Post Office to pick up the package right after it did! Very pleasant experience dealing with etrailer.

Unit had a very small amount of molding waste that was easy to trim (I shouldn't have had to). For my application it also required considerable trimming to fit into ceiling near the side of the trailer but so did the original it was replacing. I was able to use the original screw holes and it went up pretty easily. Looks great.
Not much I can say about this, it's an OEM trim piece exactly like the one it replaced. Mounting lined up perfect. As always the price and service from etrailer was great.
Fit perfectly exactly like the one that came with the trailer. Texture on the outside rim is the same as the original too (which in my case had a large crack in it).
