Will the Curt Hitch Fit a 2020 Kia Niro EV

Question:

Looking for a way to put a luggage rack and maybe sometimes bikes, behind instead of on the roof of our new Kia Niro 2020 EV. I found this hitch, Curt 36600: https://www.etrailer.com/p-36600.html?hhyear=2020andhhmake=Kiaandhhmodel=Niro and a video of installing it on a Kia Niro 2019 EV with just a few alterations to the plastic aero plate under the vehicle, so I thought this hitch might fit with minor alteration: I wouldnt be using it for towing, just bikes and luggage. Can you please advise if this is the best hitch to buy with the least amount of work to install, and also recommend a good luggage rack and bike rack to go with the hitch? Am I correct in assuming the rear rack will be more aerodynamic and fuel efficient than a roof rack? We mostly just want more space for luggage on longer trips.

I do have some insight for you but there are officially no confirmed trailer hitch fit options for a 2020 Kia Niro EV. That said, we did hear back from one customer who was able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13329 on their Kia Niro EV. I have attached the review they gave below but I do not have any further information of the modifications required nor can I recommend them.
