We have just what you are looking for!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C58JR was designed specifically for your 2021 Kia K5 and is currently the only available option.
This hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver and a 200lb tongue weight/2000lb trailer weight rating which makes it perfect for a bike rack, cargo carrier, or even a ball mount to do some very light duty towing.
If you are planning on towing a trailer you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # TK66FR which is a plug and play harness designed specifically for your vehicle so no splicing is required.
I included a link to the written instructions of the # C58JR and a video review of the # TK66FR for you to take a look at.
