Question:

How far is this rack off the ground when attached to a 2019 Subaru Outback? Also can each of the tire holders be put upright one at a time?

Thanks for the purchase and it looks like your 2019 Subaru Outback has the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12136. When we installed that hitch on a '19 Outback we found that it measured 15 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver.

So taking that into account, along with the 3 inch rise of the Swagman, it will be approximately 18 inches from the ground to the platform of the Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack # S64670.

If you do go with the XTC2 I recommend adding security to protect your investment in your bikes and the rack by adding locks, the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks # S64031.

With the Curt hitch installed on your 2019 Outback, from the ground to the bottom of the platform will measure approximately 21 inches for the Inno Tire Hold 1 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # INH110.
