Will this work with the Curt Rocker ball that has the 1 1/4” shank?

As long as the Curt RockerBall has a 1 1/4 shank, like the # C29FR, you will have no issue installing it on the # C45340. With you using a ball that moves though, I highly suggest adding on the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. This will keep the # C45340 completely stabile while in use.
