I have a replacement axle option for you, but unfortunately there are no hubs available that use bearing combination # 29749 and L44640.
The best option is going to be replacing the axle with one that uses a more common bearing combination. To do this you will need to confirm a few things about your axle. First measure from hub face to hub face to get the length of the axle. Next measure from spring center to spring center to get the frame width of your trailer. Lastly you will need to check the axle tag on the center of the axle and find the axle rating stamped on the tag. If the axle tag is missing you can get a rough idea on the axle rating by taking the GVWR of the trailer and dividing it by the number of axles.
For example if your trailer has a 3500lb axle I recommend the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # T3584F-EZ-8974 which has a hub face measurement of 89" and a spring center of 74" as shown in the included diagram.
Another option is the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # A35RS545 which also has a 3500lb rating but bolts directly to the frame of your trailer and replaces your leaf spring suspension with its progressive rate AEON Main springs so you do not need to worry about measuring your current axle.
Both of these options include hubs with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern but those can be replaced with the # 845475UC1 which has the 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern you are needing.
I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
