The correct Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 1998 Jeep Wrangler with round tube rear bumper is part # 13430. I confirmed this with Curt for you. This trailer hitch is a direct bolt-on fit and is has a round tube design which will match perfectly with the round tube rear bumper.
