Would this Tire Carrier fit on my class C hitch? I would be carrying a front tire and rim on this carrier? Do you have a cover for a spare tire? Thanks

The Roadmaster # RM-195125 Spare Tire Carrier can handle tires mounted on wheels up to 16-1/2 inches in diameter and bolt circles up to 7 inches. The carrier can handle wheels/tires weighing up to 200 lbs.
To see if it'll work in the hitch on your motorhome, you'll need to measure to see how far the hitch is recessed under the bumper. Measure from the center of the hitch pin hole rearward until you clear the furthest rearward point of the back bumper. If this distance is less than 5 inches, the carrier will fit. I'll link to an article that shows exactly how to take this measurement.
For a spare tire cover, I'd recommend the Adco # 290-1754 for white, # 290-1734 for black or # 290-8754 for camo. These are a confirmed fit for a 225/75-16 tire.
Keep in mind, that the carrier will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch on the motorhome by 33% and is only meant for use with a hitch mounted accessory or for flat towing a vehicle, not for towing a trailer. The receiver on the carrier can flat tow up to 6000 lbs.
