The Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount # RM95MR uses a lug nut matrix design that fits all wheel bolt patterns on 16" to 24-1/2" wheels, including dually and deep dish wheels.
The mounting studs are 1/2"-20, so you'll use standard 1/2"-20 lug nuts to secure the spare tire to the carrier.
What size wheel and bolt pattern are you planning to mount?

That carrier is well built but in reality anything bigger than a 16" light truck dually wheel will be too heavy for any hitch to carry. Mine was on a renegade race hauler with a 25K receiver hitch , my spare was a 22.5 semi tire weighing 275 lbs. Stress cracks appeared in both 2 1/2" slots after about 3000 miles, AND realistically, most folks cant lift that weight, especially on the side of the road in lousy conditions. My extending rod bent severely upon using, (had to reinforce with a 1 1/2" pipe). No longer travel with it, after replacing receiver. There is a reason you do not see any of these on big motorhomes with 22.5" wheels. chuck

James, I have over 20K miles of travel with my Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount for my 335/80R20 Continental MPT spare. I have a single wheel conversion on my F450 truck camper setup, so I always carry a spare. Due to the offset, I have some 2" tubing spacers that hold the tire with no problem on or off road. The tire and rim are right under 200lbs and with the leverage bar it makes lowering and raising the tire for camping trips a breeze.
