Parts Needed to Install 7-Way Trailer Connector on 2015 Toyota Highlander

I have a 2015 Highlander without the tow package. I am adding both a tow hitch 75896 and 7 pin trailer connector with 12v power brake not needed, already have a Curt C51180. I would like the 7 pin to also have a 4 pin connector as well but not required. Im looking at either the Tekonsha 22119 or the ETBC7 + C56217. Am I correct that the 22119 requires no additional parts? It doesnt appear to provide a 4 pin connector though in addition to the 7 pin.

I'd go with the Tekonsha # 22119 if you think you might go with a different bake controller at some time in the future, but if you're happy with the Curt # C51180 Echo wireless brake controller, you can install a functional 4-pole using part # 118449 and convert that 4 pole to a 7-way using part # ETBC7L. In addition to all the wire, circuit breakers and hardware needed to complete the install, the kit also includes an adapter that will convert the 4-pole provided by the # 118449 to both a 4-pole and a 7-way.
