Question:
It says the fenders are slanted on the back side. Mine are also for bass boat. What is the bottom width and top width?

The Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders for Boat Trailers - Steel - 14" Wheels # HP54VR measures 7-3/4" at the top and then 9" at the bottom (see attached).
