I have a different option for you, but at this time there is not a rear suspension enhancement option confirmed to fit your 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid.

Instead to help to keep your suspension from sagging I recommend adding a weight distribution hitch which redistributes the weight of the trailer from just the rear axle of your Highlander to each axle of the of the trailer and vehicle. This is helpful in keeping weight on your front axle to improve braking and turning while towing.

To determine the correct weight distribution hitch for your setup you will need to find your total tongue weight. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Highlander.

The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight rating is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

Since you mentioned your trailer is about 2700lbs you should expect to see between 270-405lbs of tongue weight.

For a system that works with that range I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # FA92-00-0600 which works with total tongue weights between 250-600lbs. This hitch does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
