There might very well be a set of Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs that will fit your 2008 Honda Ridgeline 4x4. However, in order to confirm the correct part number I would need you to take the measurements in the attached photo. Once you have done this I can then see if there are a set of Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs available but this is your only option as no one else makes a set of suspension enhancements for this vehicle.
