Replacement 1/2" x 20 Thread Trailer Lugs with 3/4" Hex Bolt Head

Question:

My trailer has 1/2inch by 20 tpi by 1inch long lug bolts. The hex head size is 13/16. My car has 3/4foot lug nuts. Do you sell a trailer lug nut that is 1/2inch by 20 tpi and 1foot threaded part, but with a 3/4foot head. THat would allow me to use my cars lug wrench on the trailer. Thank you
