I have a solution for you and just as an FYI, Lippert had some difficulties with manufacturing and materials procurement during the pandemic; the Heavy Duty Driver Leg for Lippert Ground Control 2.0 Landing Gear # LC241846 was one of their parts that they had to stop producing briefly. They have recently (spring 2021) started production on these and expect them to be back in circulation at some point in the next couple of months.
With regards to your main question, the # LC241846 is 29-1/2" long where the # LC241845 is 33-1/2" long, so they're not cross compatible unless you were to swap both legs. However, I spoke with my contact over at Lippert and they mentioned that the Replacement Lead Leg for Venture 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear # LC119102 is the same as the # LC241846. The motor would connect to your old gear box and this leg and then you'd just need to swap your foot and pin over to make it work.
Until the # LC241846 is available again or replaced by a newer model, you can use the # LC119102 to replace your old leg.
