Does EcoHitch for 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Install Flush with Rear Bumper

Question:
I bought a class one Kurt trailer hitch receiver for my 2018 Toyota Prius prime and unfortunately the opening is at least 4 inches under the car which is very difficult access. Would your class to hitch be flush with the outside of the bumper by any chance?

We had a customer submit a photo of their EcoHitch part # 306-X7369 installed on their 2018 Toyota Prius Prime which I attached to this page and in it you can see that the hitch opening is basically flush with the rear of the vehicle.
