Where to Measure When Replacing a Trailer Hub

I am looking for trailer hubs for tapered spindle .75 x 1.1895

With the measurements you got, the closest we will have is the # AH15450ECOMP. This is an agricultural hub the uses the outer bearing # LM11949, which does match the .75", but the inner bearing does not match. This uses a # LM67048 that has a 1.250" inner diameter. This is the closest I could find to the 1.1895" you got.

That being said, it may not hurt to measure again to double check. There are also typically number on the bearings, but these do wear off over time. If this has happened, it can be done by measuring the inside diameter of both bearings or on the spindle where the bearings and seal sit (pictured below).

B - This is where the grease seal seats
C - This is where the Inner Bearing seats
D - This is where the Outer Bearing seats
E - Not really needed.

If you end up with the same .75" and 1.1895, it may be a good idea to replace the axle and hubs. These are not common sizes and I highly recommend getting something that is easier to replace.

As an example, the Dexter # T3584F-EZ-8974 will use the inner bearing # L68149 and the outer bearing # L44649. These are the most common bearings used on a 3,500 pound axle, but the axle also measures 74" from center of spring seat to center of spring seat, and 89" from hub face to hub face. This would also need the Dexter Hub # 84545BX that has a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern.
