We have ways to help you find out what you need but you'll have to do some measuring to determine exactly what your trailer needs. Judging by what you listed it looks like you have a triple axle setup that uses 3,500 lb axles. So lets first start with leaf springs. For that you'd want the 3,500 lb springs part # e54SR which matches the length of what you have now and the capacity. The Dexter Suspension Kit part # K71-360-00 you referenced would then work well with this.
So now for brakes you'd want the # 23-468-469 per axle as this is a pair of self-adjusting brakes for a 3,500 lb axle. We have the shock kit part # LC281255 which is designed to fit 3,500 lb axles like what you have as well. This would be what you'd need to fit your axles.
The armature surface of the drum on your hub looks a little rough so replacing them with the part # 845476UC3 would be what you'd want to go with and you'd be all set.
