The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-219-4UC3-EZ fits spindles on a 5,200, 6,000, or 7,000 lb axle. The # 14125A bearing that comes with this is typically found on a 7k axle but the inner diameter is the same as those used for the other capacities. Unfortunately, all three axle capacities use the same #42 spindle so at best you know the spindle and hub are capable of handling 7,200 lbs but they can't determine the exact axle capacity.
Looking back at your history I do not see an axle purchase to know exactly what the capacity of your axle is. The best way to check would be to look at the axle tag. It will either have the capacity listed or a serial number that the axle manufacturer could use to identify it.
