Question:
WHICH SUSPENSION KIT FOR 7000# 3IN DIA AXELS IN A TRIPLE SET UP? WHAT IS THE CORRECT HANGER SPACING FOR 25IN 6LEAF SPRINGS? THANKS
asked by: ROB S
Helpful Expert Reply:
The Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit # APTT3 that you referenced is designed to work on axles with capacities of 2,000 lbs to 7,000 lbs so it should work very well for you.
I attached a picture that has a chart that shows exactly how you should space the axles when used with a 6-leaf spring like a # e64SR.
From the outer hangers to the inner hanger you will need 24-3/4 inches, in between the two center hangers you will need 29 inches.
