Question:

My rig: ‘21 F250, 4x4 crew swb 6.75 bed, with Firestone Rideright air bags ‘21 East to West Tandara 321rl-ok 5th wheel standard pin box Using Pullrite slider hitch. Air bags set so rear of truck rides as empty. No sagging. Frame of trailer is 5” higher in front than back. Concerned its not good for trailer nor safe for braking. Pin box is set on next to lowest bolt holes. Can only be moved up 1-1.5” Trailer sways in slightest wind. No room for larger tires on trailer. Don’t want to downsize tires on truck. 20” wheels. Only 5-6” clearance over top of bed. Any suggestions??

Since your 2021 East to West Tandara 321rl-ok is 5" higher in the front than the back when hooked up to your 2021 Ford F-250 there is only one option that will get the trailer level and keep you trailer to truck bed clearance.

You will need to use an axle over-under kit to lift the height of the trailer. Since your trailer has a UVW of just over 11000lb you will have a 3" diameter axle and will need the # K71-385-00. You will need one kit per axle.

An over-under kit moves the leaf springs from underneath the axle to on top of the axle which raises the trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack which will get your trailer level or very close to level.
