Does this rack have tilt? Or is it only on the double track XT Pro?

The Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH92BJ, has a tilt down mast that works even when loaded with bikes. The Thule DoubleTrack does not have a tilt down mast. The clamps on the pro are more versatile with the added ability to rotate which means it can fit more bikes.
