It's not a front wheel holder! It's the rear one! If you look at all your videos and pictures on your website displaying this wheel holder on the rack mounted on a vehicle, it shows the rear tire in this holder. So right part was ordered, wrong item was sent. It would be a front wheel holder if bikes were facing the opposite direction. But I went off of your videos of the way bikes were loaded. And that's how I load my bikes. So either the part listed is displayed wrong or labeled incorrectly.

I am sorry to hear that this holder is not fitting correctly for you. I have contacted Thule and they have confirmed that part # 7524600001 is the front wheel holder. However, the rear holder is part # 7524601001. Please confirm whether you have part # 7524600001 or part # 7524601001.
It replaced a cracked wheel holder after the last one was broken from an auto incident. It replaced the old part perfectly and not only works great, but looks like it will continue to work perfectly.
We haven’t used these yet, but I had to select a rating. So I chose Average+. etrailer once again came through with the goods! You are a great company to work with and your customer service is the best!

It is actually a good quality item slightly differently from the original part. In the original it have at the bottom "R" that means "Rear" in this one is an arrow showing the position that should be slide in. I am very happy I was able to find this website.
Ordering was easy and trouble free. The product was delivered quickly and in the great shape. Service was great.
Delivery was fast and they even sent a follow up email to advise my item was delivered.
