I have a 2019 Mazda CX-5 but it is the Grand Touring model. I was wondering if you could tell me if the hitches fit this particular model?

I can confirm for you that each of the trailer hitches that fit a 2019 Mazda CX-5 absolutely fit your Grand Touring model. The best option is going to be a Class III model with a 2 inch receiver, and the fits are:
