Question:

I want to add aux tail lights to our 5th trailer to increase visibility of turn signals during the day. I will be leaving the original tail lights and just adding more lights above. Looking for surface mount very bright led tail lights. Came across the STL64RB tail light and A64BB bezel. Is this light bright and noticeable during the day? Was concerned by the thin design but it is long which may help being seen. Do you have any better suggestions or is this light a good idea?

Since you are keeping your current taillights on your Grand Design 303RLS I recommend the ThinLine LED Trailer Tail Light # STL64RCB over the # STL64RB as they have a clear lens. When you use these during the day there will be a more pronounced difference with the clear lens. By keeping your taillights you maintain the red reflectors that are required.

The Black Mounting Bezel # A64BB will also fit the clear lens as they are both the same dimensions.
