I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with LED lights, I can’t find the color code for the wiring in the tail lights to hook up the diodes.

I suggest you use a circuit tester such as the # PTW2993 or a multi meter to identify the wires in your Jeep's circuit. Please see the attached link to installation instructions video that will provide visual guidance to installation of the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit, # BX8848.
