I have a 2005 ford f350 with an utility box, could you tell me what the distance between the frame mount and receiver.

Expert Reply:

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15410 has a measurement of 12-1/2" from the face of the receiver to the bolt hole nearest the receiver. I have attached a picture showing the dimensions for the bolt holes as well as the receiver distance. The top of the cross tube to the frame is 5-5/16".

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55774 will allow you to plug into the factory connection on your 2005 Ford F-350 that came with the factory tow harness. This features a 7-way blade connection as well as a 4-flat so that you will not need a special adapter when towing a small trailer.
