Easier Solution than Swapping Trailer from 2 inch Ball to 1-7/8 inch Ball

Question:
I recently purchased a new aluminum trailer with a 2inch ball. I would like to change the tongue to a 1and7/8inch ball. The tongue on this trailer has a 4inch hole pattern but I can only find tongues with 3inch holes for mounting. Are 1and7/8inch tongues available with 4inch mounting holes?

Expert Reply:
That would be harder to find since the couplers with the smaller ball size are typically on much lighter duty trailers. Would it be easier to swap to a different hitch ball? Or if you have another trailer with a 1-7/8 inch ball already maybe a dual ball setup like the # 3371803210?
