Do you have an electric brake controller for a 2025 Ford Ranger with factory tow package that will plug into the under dash EBC plug?

Hello Fred, thanks for reaching out. We do have brake controllers that can be used on your 2025 Ford Ranger, but I am sorry to say we do not have anything with a custom pigtail for the factory under dash EBC plug.
All of the options we have at this time would require cutting the plug and hardwiring the controller. The Redarc Tow Pro Liberty # RED52VR is a great option that comes with a universal pigtail for hardwiring.
Are you sure your Ranger actually has the factory EBC plug? The reason I ask is many of the newer Rangers we have seen will have the factory tow package but do not actually have a plug. They have four loose wires coming out of a larger harness by the drivers side firewall near the brake pedal. In that case you could use really any brake controller that comes with a universal pigtail. The Redarc is still a great option for that though.

Jesse, I can confirm that the the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty, with the TPH007 harness, works very well with a Ford Ranger 2025 that is equipped with the factory tow package. It's plug and play with the existing EBC plug. There is a metal riser, just right of the cabin fuse box, that has a screw already in place, the Liberty can use this as one attachment point. The top attachment ear of the Liberty can be zip tied to the riser to create a secure install. One thing that is not covered in the manual (that I could find) is that an easy way to test the install (to ensure it is powered) is to press the control dial (manual mode) and the LED will glow blue temporarily. Normally, the LED doesn't glow unless a trailer is connected. And, the manual states a 3/8" drill works for the access hole. This is too small, needs to be 11mm. Same for the LED access hole, it needs to be slightly larger than the 1/8" stated in the instructions. Regards, Fred

Jesse, I emailed you a photo from under the driver side dash showing what I assume is the tow package EBC interface plug, that I'm thinking might work with the RedArc TPH007 harness.
