What is the difference between a BandW RVB3405 and a BandW RVK3405? I just installed a GNRK1320 in my 2020 Ram powerWagon and I have a RVB3405 slider and even if I take the bottom neoprene pads of the bottom of the fifth wheel it still will not go down far enough from my pin to lock in place.

There is no difference between the base # BWRVB3405 and the base of the complete hitch # BWRVK3400 (also known as the RVK3405).
Are the strips on the bottom of the hitch lined up with the lowest portion of the bed corrugation?
