Hi Fredrick,

The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Kit for Ford part # C16424-104 is not compatible for your 2026 Ford F-250, so it wouldn't work with your truck's frame.

For your 2026 Ford F-250 with a 6 3/4" truck bed without a factory OEM puck system, I recommend you use the PullRite Custom Installation Kit w/Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # PUL82MR. It has custom brackets designed for your truck so there will be little drilling required. The PullRite base rails are compatible with most brands of fifth wheel hitches, including your Curt fifth wheel hitch, and is rated for 24,000lbs towing.
