The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Kit for Ford part # C16424-104 is not compatible for your 2026 Ford F-250, so it wouldn't work with your truck's frame.

For your 2026 Ford F-250 with a 6 3/4" truck bed without a factory OEM puck system, I recommend you use the PullRite Custom Installation Kit w/Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # PUL82MR.
