What grade of screw is the self Tapper for the tongue ball plate?? And is it 3/8X1

The bolts that come with this kit # RP58062 are # 24-9x1 inch self tapping screws. We sell them individually, they are Self Tapping Screw for Sway Control Ball Plate Assembly, part # 3403. These aren't graded since they are self tapping unlike other bolts out there.
