There are a few options to help support the suspension on your 2019 Ram 1500 when you are towing. As long as your factory shocks are in good shape you will not need to replace them.

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-307-47 will be able to help support the weight on your truck, and when you are just driving without the trailer will have a smooth ride.

Since you mentioned having quite a bit of sag I would recommend the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils # SSC-50 which replaces your factory rear coil springs and offers a 2058lb weight capacity, or the heavier duty # SSC-51 which offers a 2480.

Depending on how often you tow your trailer will determine witch replacement spring will be right for you. If you tow frequently and are ok with a little harsher ride when the trailer is not attached, then use the # SSC-51. If you only tow every once in a while and would prefer a smoother ride when not towing the # SSC-50 will be the best option.

Since you mentioned you have a weight distribution system I would also recommend checking that the total tongue weight of your trailer is within the limits of your system. This includes the tongue weight of your trailer and the weight of any additional cargo behind the rear axle of your truck. I included a helpful article that goes over measuring tongue weight and the selecting the correct weight distribution system.
