I have another option for you, but the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Passenger Side # CM11402 and Driver Side # CM11401 only fit select Ram 1500/2500 trucks and will not fit your mirrors.
For your 2021 Dodge Durango R/T I recommend the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Qty 2 # 7070-2 which are confirmed to fit, use a ratcheting strap to secure the mirrors to your factory mirror housings to prevent vibrations, and have a rubber coating on the straps to prevent any damage to your mirror housings.
