I’m looking at attaching my Thule chariot child carrier to my e bike but the ez hitch I have needs an adapter. My bike is a rear motor ebike Bitrix Stunner LT model. Can you help me out, or at least point me on the right direction ie question I can ask the bike company so that I can attach this carrier.

That's a good question, and to determine the correct adapter, or if you can use one, your bike will need to have either 12mm through-axles or internal gear hub. If you take a look below at the linked instruction manual, there is a guide on how to choose the right one.
You will need to know different things for a 12mm through axle or internal gear hub. For example, an M12 x 1.0 mm thread pitch through hub with a 160 mm length would need the Syntace Hub Thru-Axle Adapter for Thule Bike Trailers - 12 mm x 160 mm # TH20100765.
Or if your bike has an internal gear hub that is 3/8" then you would need the Hitch Adapter for Chariot ezHitch - For Bikes with Internally Geared Shimano Hubs # TH20100797.
The manufacturer of your bike should be able to tell you this information.
