How can I get a harness with blindspot connections for my 2019 tacoma

There are harnesses for your 2019 Toyota Tacoma, but aren't any trailer wiring harnesses that have blindspot connections, but I can tell you that installation of a wiring harness will not interfere with any blindspot sensors. There are options to install either a 4-way or 7-way on your Tacoma and both simply plug into the tail lights and have you run a hot lead up to the battery.
So the right harness will depend on if you need a 4-way or 7-way on your 2019 Tacoma:
