For your 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 267BHS I recommend using the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET. This hitch offers weight distribution and sway control with no need to remove parts when backing up. You Jayco has 695lbs of tongue weight dry and when loaded you will probably see that number get closer to 900lbs. The Equal-i-zer is rated for up to 1,000lbs of tongue weight.

If you are installing this hitch yourself you will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to complete the installation if you don't already have one.

I recommend using the Sway Bracket Jackets # EQ95-01-5150 as these will remove the metal to metal contact on the bracket bottoms which will reduce the noise when turning as well as increase the life of the moving parts on the weight distribution hitch.

The biggest difference between the Equal-i-zer # EQ37100ET and the Blue Ox # BLU77FR is the tongue weight ranges. The Equal-i-zer is rated for tongue weights between 600-1000lbs. The Blue Ox is rated for 800-1000lbs of tongue weight. This will allow the Equal-i-zer to work on a wider range of trailers. Both systems offer a 4-point sway control and will allow backing up without removing parts of the hitch. They both also feature a Limited Lifetime Warranty and are Made in the USA. I do like the fact that Equal-i-zer has developed the Sway Bracket Jackets # EQ95-01-5150 as these style hitches do create a lot of noise when turning that customers have voiced a concern with. To me this shows a company that listens to their customers and did something to solve their issue.
