Howdy can this hitch be ordered with a 2.5 shank instead of 2 inch ?

I do have a solution for you, but the Curt MV Weight Distribution System w/ Friction Sway Control - Round Bar - 14K GTW, 1.4K TW # C17063 you were looking at cannot be ordered with a 2-1/2" shank.
Instead you will want to purchase the 2-1/2" shank # C17131 which will work perfectly with the # C17063 and fit directly into the 2-1/2" trailer hitch receiver on your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
The other option would be to use a 2-1/2" to 2" hitch reducer # BWRHXA2182 which would allow you to use the shank included in the # C17063 with your trailer hitch receiver.
