Works great. I use a flat tip screwdriver to hold it in place when i slide in my 50# hitch head. Doesnt move so changing it out is now alot easier. There is a slot on top for the tip.
I think this is going to work fine and research before I bought it indicated it was the best. The only problem is that the paint on the product is keeping me from inserting it into the receiver. I am hoping I will only have to take it off the lip on the preceding edge. I will try to grind it. If I have to remove it off the entire outside of the product, that will be a bummer. It fits over the hitch ball unit very well. If I can ultimately get it into the receiver I will be extremely happy.

Only had to grind paint on the lip. Works great now. As it fits tight int the receiver, there is no wobble when the trailer is attached. I had bought a wobble reducer in anticipation but didnt need it. I just leave the adapter in the receiver with the pin through it. Very happy.
Worked perfectly. Fit my 2 1/2” hitch tube and the hitch fit into it just as it was supposed to. No issues.
Nice people. Missing hardware. Items not delivered when promised. They made good of everything. I would shop there again.

I had to file the sharp edges a bit so it would go completely into the receiver without having to use a 2 lb hammer and force it. Maybe the issue was the receiver. I filed 2 edges and it went in but not in the orientation I needed so I had to file the other two.
I needed this when I upgraded to a 2.5 inch hitch receiver. It did the job for a few months until I upgraded my hitch.
Perfect solution for my 2-1/2 receiver on my F-250 for the 2" E2 Equalizer hitch.
My products were shipped at the time etrailer said they would be and they arrived on the exact day projected. I have not got to use my hitches yet, but have inspected them and the quality is there. Highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

I just received in the mail and was immediately impressed with the quality, fit with hitch on truck and the overall finish on the reducer sleeve. I see no reason to think this will not work well when called into use. Bottomline; 100% satisfied at the start, like most things in life, only time will tell. Given the product and how well it looks and feels from a workmanship standpoint, I am confident this will be a very good purchase.
Worked as needed. Works perfect for my cargo carrier for coolers and bike rack.

Works fine, I keep the adapter locked in with a locking pin and remove the hitch when not in use.
Works perfectly as intended.
Very square, but rectangular at the same time.
Works as advertised. Better quality than anything I found in the local stores.
This works well with my F250. The only negative is that is does not pull out with the hitch. I have to pull it out separately after I pull out the hitch. I tried to tape it to the hitch, but the tape failed in short order. Still a nice improvement over a standard sleeve.
Teri was great and very helpful but my sway bar package didn’t come with any nuts or bolts, nothing at all.
I will highly recommend etrailer.com to my friends and colleagues.
My F250 has a 2.5" hitch receiver. I have a B&W adjustable hitch, so I looked into ETRAILER.COM for a 2.5" to 2" sleeve. I needed this because I had a 2" Sports Logo receiver cover.
** Ordering was easy. It shipped the same day, and actually arrived a day early.
**** The reducer fits perfectly, and the pin holes line up correctly. The reducer has a second set of holes .5" further down, so should work with most hitch receivers.

Never used it . Ended up buying a different mfg product at a towing retail store that caters to hot shots.
