This BulletProof weight distribution shank was a great find. I was afraid I would have to replace my whole hitch when I upgraded my tow vehicle to a GMC AT4 2500. It sits higher than my old vehicle and had a 2 1/2” receiver. This was a perfect solution. It is heavy duty but it is assembled with care and finished nicely.
Needed a longer shank for my F-250 Tremor which has the factory 2 inch lift to support a weight distribution hitch that I already had. This BulletProof Shank fit the bill and is a beast. Excellent construction with a nice textured finish. Packaging was very impressive as well and shipping was fast too! You can go wrong with eTrailer!

Perfectly, The bullet proof hitch that was recommended is great!
Heavy duty, worked great. Shank that came with my WDH kept the ball mount too high. This shank lowered the ball mount so the trailer could ride level
Beautifully packaged very secure. Included a hitch pin. Product is very well made. No scratches or marks on the item. I was amazed that such care was given to a hitch.
Seems very well made. I was able to easily take my Reese WD ball head hitch off the original 2"x2" shank and attach it to this 2.5"x2.5" shank. This provided a much more solid connection than using a 2" to 2.5" reducer sleeve with my original 2" shank.

I bought this when I got a new truck. The hitch is well built and worked perfectly with my Ram 2500 and my load leveling hitch. The 8" and 9 hole design was long enough to make my trailer pull level. Great product. Working with etrailer.com was very easy and their people are top notch.

No non-sense solution for an f250 tremor ride height pulling both a little 17’ boat and then flipping and raising the ball mount for a 32’ boat. Bulletproof makes nice hardware.
This is a beautiful part. Well designed. Very nice welds. Excellent powder coating. It's heavy, but that's what I'm looking for: heavy and strong. It fits the 2.5" receiver on my Chevy pickup, which my current shank won't do without an adapter bushing from the 2" standard used by Ford. PLUS it has the second hole at 9" from the ball mount holes, not 7.5". This moves the ball 1.5" farther aft from my truck, enabling me to open the tailgate when my travel trailer is on the ball. Almost forgot to mention that the part arrived a week EARLIER than promised. Yes, you read that right. Excellent part from BPH and excellent server from etrailer. Thank you both!
I am very pleased with this BulletProof WD Shank. Was able to remove the 2" to 2.5" adaptor spacer in my reciever hitch. Removeing all the play i had at the point. This new BulletProof hitch shannk is vvery well made and i am looking forward to it lasting a lifetime.I am very pleased with Etrailers support staff.

These is still working great no signs of wear or fatigue and I tow with it every weekend. Money well spent I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase any of their products

Love not having that stupid sleeve and the constant back and worth because the two don't have a good fit. It's heavy but it sure does work!
I was a little skeptical about the quality before ordering. However, after it arrived, I have to say "wow". Totally impressed with this shank quality.
It solves my problem but it is really heavy. Please list the weight of big steel things on your website. I would have bought a more expensive style if I knew it was lighter.

Glad we had the bigger shank so you didn't have to buy a whole new system Mark! What body of water do you mainly take your kayak out on? We have quite the gang of kayakers here at etrailer =) Have you ever heard of the MR340 here in Missouri, it is a 340 mile race from Kansas City to St Charles, have you ever done anything like that before? My friend Donna here at etrailer is training for it, that's a whole lot of paddling!
