Question:

the motor/gear box does not have enough torque to start the slide in over the step. do you have a lower gear/higher torque motor? also, rollers are warn out on the Id do you have replacements?

We have replacement slide-out motors, but the correct replacement will depend on the part number of your current motor, as there isn't a universal higher-torque option. So for example if you had a 520317S you would replace it with the Replacement Gear Motor Assembly for Lippert Slide-Out # LC386321, which is a high-torque motor. As for rollers, we do have replacements, though the correct ones will depend on how yours mount and their dimensions. For example, there is the 2-15/16" wide x 4-5/8" long x 1-9/16" high recess-mount Global Link Replacement Roller for RV Slide Out # 295-000175 or 1-3/4" wide x 4-5/8" long x 1-1/16" high surface-mount Global Link Replacement Roller for RV Slide Out # 295-000176.
